• Account details: name, email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), phone number and city.
• Advocate profile details you choose to publish, such as practice areas, courts and enrolment number.
• Consultation requests and messages exchanged with advocates or firms.
• Basic usage data such as pages viewed, used to keep the service secure and improve it.

• To create and secure your account and provide the features you use.
• To deliver your consultation requests and messages to the advocate or firm you choose.
• To verify advocates' Bar Council enrolment.
• To send notifications about activity on your account.

Your phone number and consultation details are shared only with the advocate or firm you contact. We use trusted infrastructure providers to host the service. We do not sell personal data or share it for advertising.

In line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can access and correct your data from your dashboard, and permanently delete your account from Settings at any time. You may also withdraw consent by deleting your account or contacting us.

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords and access controls. We keep data only for as long as your account is active or as required by law.
